Good luck to the British team :-) - Lets see some Gold!
Pick yourselves up a copy of Radio Times. It has a good section covering all the programming for terrestrial, Freeview [3 BBC interactive channels] and Sat/cable [5 or 6 BBC interactive channels]. There appears to 100% coverage and it even appears to have distinguished between 'canoe slalom' and 'canoeing' [latter is presumably flat water].
In my experience, Eurosport listings are unreliable and BBC won't have ads to ruin your videotape.

Kayak slalom - couldn't find it on the telly, but the whole thing was on the bbc site on the watch live pages.
This year's commentary infinitely, infinitely better than the previous olympics (when they had that nice pretty lad off the travel show explaining oars to us, and worrying if the competitors "went a bit backwards, oh dear") - this time they have Helen Reeves doing the talking, hooray.
The other comentator doesn't seem to be a paddler, or know much about paddling, and just mainly reads out statistics about each paddler, or their recorded philosophy soundbite, but he seems mostly harmless.
Great stuff K1M and C1 both through to the next round.

Was on Digital TV. Must admit I couldn't find it either nor in any schedule as I was expecting it on at 8.30 but I stayed tuned in and up it popped although it did seem to miss the first C1 runs.
Wish the commentator would let Helen speak, he kept interrupting her with stuff that wasn't very relevant but overall the coverage was pretty good (although they both missed a 50 being awarded to the Chinese competitor and only picked up on it later - half head I think).
Not sure why the local coverage editor thought that the most interesting thing to replay was the paddler splashing water on their face at the start each time though. Some nice action replays though.
Well done team GB, and good luck!

I hope I'm not going to get people up earlier than they need to be, but I'm pretty sure the racing starts at 8:00am and not 8:40am on Tuesday morning. If you want to double check, below is the link to the official start list (Beijing is 7hrs ahead of us):
