I would give up on hearing back from any messages left - not sure about e-mail though. When I was trying to book assessments I never hard back from any of my messages, Instead I resorted to ringing and if I got the answer machine kept ringing back in quick succession, it was the only way I got through. So far as I could see they have 2 or 3 people on the desk and they answer calls too.
They need to do something about there phone back policy though

Good luck

Thanks Neil, from the "Rants and Raves" thread it appears Anne is being pretty active in trying to sort this out, so hopefully with a few enquiries about paddling the following day, and pressure from what I imagine will be a pretty full start list, a decision will be made...
I did leave numbers etc with a person rather than on a machine, but it's frustrating when we're faced with a 7 hour journey not yet knowing whether I need to book a campsite for 1, 2 or 3 nights depending on how much paddling we're going to be able to do!
