Has anyone ever appealed to the Slalom Committee over a protest decision when Benefit of Doubt was not applied to the paddler?

Apologies if I am getting this wrong, but I didn't think you could appeal to the Slalom Committee against the decision of a jury?

This seems to be the case under Rule 37:

"(Appeal to the Competition Committee not relevant)
Note: While there can be no appeal to the Committee against a decision of the Jury, the Slalom Committee may review consequences of such decisions (e.g. promotion, ranking points) where new facts become known."

So working on the premise that new facts won't generally appear after protest time, which would have been considered by the jury, appeals to the Slalom Committee seem highly unlikely to be productive.
