I have a feeling a mistake has been made somewhere. Either the world class website is right and lizzie got a silver medal, or the official results on www.mates.sk are right and she finished 5th.

I have just looked at rule 19.2.2 and there is nothing about helmets being CE approved for watersports. It simply states:

.....the only helmets approved for use in competition will be those carrying a current CE mark.

Easy mate! Selection being at dutch water dreams is only a proposal at the moment from world class. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the international panel have the final say in selection criteria for the upcoming international year. And seeing as they haven't discussed the proposal yet, Anne can't sa...

Where did you get the 25cumecs figure from? None of the pumped artificial sites are more than 20cumecs and I'm sure they realise that that kind of site would be unsustainable. As for the dutch water dreams site, apparently to book out the site for an hour it will cost 650euro! The difference betwee...

Pathetic, I think that is a word to describe yourself. I simpathise with you if what you say is true, but there is no need to turn you rant at a few people into one aimed at 80% of slalom paddlers. Where exactly did you get this 80% figure from anyway? It always amuse's me when freestyle paddlers s...

I hope they didn't show my interview in the show. I've not had a great deal of practice and I struggled a little. Don't think they were too impressed when I told them I prefered artificial courses over their lovely river in Scotland!! Not to worry.

For starters, every sport has a center of excellence, ours happens to be in Nottingham. With the number of athletes that train there, it is always going to receive the highest level of funding, but this funding doesn't come from the slalom committee. As far as I can see it comes from World Class. T...
