If previous years that I have attended are anything to go by, apart from last year because myself and family were sunning our selves in Kefalonia! we have been very lucky with the weather at the interclubs.

I think the timing team coped very well under the circumstances, it was a weekend of learning, we hopefully will see a difference this coming weekend. The only real issue that was commented on several times was not being able to see single run times, but I believe this is in hand. I have yet to go ...

Thanks for that Geebs, I'm sure my club mates will feel the effort was worth it.

I'm just sorry we were the guinea pigs for a new timing system, but the timing team were superb and coped very well.

A big thank you to every one who helped the event run as smoothly as it did.

chauffeur, I agree with you, I have three kids paddling, you have not taken into account training 2-3 time a week at HPP the travelling costs and water fees, the ordinary joe could not afford our sport, I reckon on around £150.00 a week.
