The event will run come what may!!
Some serious thought and action needs to be taken if slalom is to survive in the South.

Re: ACM Motion - Scrap discounts for Multi Class & Double Ev
Quite agree with making it simpler - as an organiser sorting out the entries is always a nightmare. Let's just get a complete on-line system running for all events, this would then sort out any of the querks

Shepperton Div 3/4
We have VERY limited parking near the lock at Shepperton due to closure of the car park adjacent to Thames Court. There are two car parks on the Weybridge side of the river from where it is easy to paddle across to the Club or use our Canadian Canoe ferry service. The post code for the parking is KT...

Re: SHEPPERTON DIV 2/3/4 18/19 Oct
Left at Shepperton - a maroon coloured North Face jacket, size MM.
Thanks to all those who took part and helped. Luckily, after the driest September ever, we had some good
water for the weekend.
It's now down to just one side fully open!

SHEPPERTON DIV 2/3/4 18/19 Oct
We have a course designed and some water flowing! An updated start list should be posted tomorrow - please check your details are correct. If you have £ or C against your entry there is a problem with your payment or card, please sort it out at control before you race. Div 4 entries will be accepted...

Re: Shepperton Mini 18th January
Our river levels are still much too high - still not enough room to fit poles between lines and water!!
There will not be a slalom this Saturday, 25th Jan.
Hopefully this rain will have given up by February 15th, our next Mini.
We may run another in before our Div 1/2 in early March.

We are hoping for the level to drop so we can hold it on the 25th Jan.

Shepperton Mini 18th January
At the moment the Thames at Shepperton is running at a very high level and is not suitable / too dangerous to have an event.
We are hoping that the level will drop in the next few days so we can run the slalom.
Please keep an eye on the chatter board and slalom web site for updates.

Re: SHEPPERTON DIV 2/3 19/20 OCT
The course is up - 19 gates of mostly flat water!
Entries will still be taken each morning but we are quickly filling up.
BBQ will be lit for Saturday evening so bring some food to cook.

Re: SHEPPERTON DIV 2/3 19/20 OCT
Well it's rained, not a lot but it all helps! We have planned a fairly technical course, so even without high water flows it will be hard work! A fairly flat Div 2 but equal for all. Last chance for entries today avoiding late entry fees! Please email me with full details. Provisional start list sho...

SHEPPERTON DIV 2/3 19/20 OCT
I have quite a few entries and will put the provisional start list on the Slalom website his weekend. BUT at the moment we have virtually no water at Shepperton and no real rain forecast. It will be OK for the Div 3 but doubtful if enough water to run the 2. If we do run the Div 2 it will be almost ...

RESULT ERRORS - BE WARNED
As per the rule change at the last ACM, results for an event are declared final at the event and can't be subsequently amended. I know of two errors in keying in the results to the computer that were not noticed by the paddlers concerned. At our Shepperton event the computer printout was displayed b...
